Delivery information
There is one set charge that applies to each delivery regardless of the size of the order.
Orders are despatched by standard first class post, RM Special Delivery & RM Signed For services within the UK and by Royal Mail International Tracked service for orders received from outside the UK. Customers can select an alternative courier service at checkout.
There is no tracking facility for standard 1st Class UK post. For courier deliveries, RM Special Delivery and RM Signed For services a signature will be required.
EU customers – we are IOSS registered and your local VAT will be charged at checkout. Orders should be fast tracked through the postal system and without any fees being charged on arrival.

TextileGarden is not liable for delays or non delivery caused by strikes or any other extra ordinary event which is beyond our control.
